We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization providing economically disadvantaged children and adults with education, training and support to improve their life skills, and enhance their quality of life.

Our Founder
Florence LaTrice is a Detroit native and graduate of Florida A&M University. A dedicated professional with over 35 years of experience in business, management, and training. She spent 18 years in the childcare industry, and the last 20 plus years in real estate. She is a certified business consultant who enjoys seeing people go to the next level while turning their business ideas into reality. Florence is a Serial Entrepreneur and Philanthropist. Being able to donate her time, experience, funds, and skills to help create a better world is her fuel. She is passionate about educating individuals for growth and sharing information. She loves to travel, ride bikes, and meet new people.
