Meet Florence LaTrice
Florence LaTrice is a business strategist, certified business consultant, entrepreneur, speaker, and philanthropist with more than 35 years of experience in business, leadership, entrepreneurship, and professional development. A Detroit native and graduate of Florida A&M University, she has dedicated her career to helping individuals and organizations build successful businesses, strengthen financial foundations, and create lasting opportunities.
Florence began her professional career with Taco Bell Inc (YUM Brands), then moved to a Franchise, where she advanced into the role of District Manager. Leading multiple restaurant locations, she developed extensive experience in operations management, team leadership, training, customer service, and business performance. This foundation in leadership and organizational development became the catalyst for her entrepreneurial journey.
She later transitioned into real estate, where she built a successful career spanning more than two decades, while also spending 18 years in the childcare industry as an owner and operator. These diverse experiences have given Florence firsthand knowledge of what it takes to start, manage, and grow successful businesses across multiple industries.
As the Founder and CEO of Limitless Education & Training, Florence is passionate about equipping aspiring and established entrepreneurs with the education, mentorship, and practical strategies they need to launch, grow, and sustain successful businesses. Known for her practical approach and genuine desire to see others succeed, Florence empowers individuals with the knowledge, confidence, and financial skills needed to build wealth, create economic independence, and leave a lasting legacy.
Service has always been at the heart of Florence's work. Through consulting, speaking, coaching, and community initiatives, she is committed to empowering individuals, supporting underserved communities, and helping others transform their vision into reality. She believes that when people have access to the right education, resources, and support, they can build businesses, strengthen their finances, and change the trajectory of their lives.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Florence enjoys traveling, cycling, and building meaningful relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.

Executive Assistant - Sarah Douglas
With over 10 years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Sarah is passionate about creating organized systems, simplifying workflows, and supporting leaders so they can focus on what they do best. Sarah considers it a privilege to serve and assist in the non profit sector. Sarah was one of the first Limitless Education & Training Scholarship recipients and is currently a proud entrepreneur Sarah is a wife, mother of five, grandmother of three beautiful granddaughters and a dog named Rufus. Family is her greatest joy, and she considers it a privilege to serve others.

Through hands on resources, mentorship, and financial planning assistance, we've helped more than 75 entrepreneurs grow and expand their ventures while our mentorship program has connected over 100 entrepreneurs with experienced business leaders, offering the guidance and confidence needed to turn challenges into opportunities. Together, we're building a foundation for sustainable growth and economic independence in our community.
